Ghost Gets Adapted for the Stage

12 03 2009

Ghost has now joined the many number of films such as Sister Act and Billy Elliot that have been adapted for the stage. The hit film released in 1990, starred Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore and will be opening in the West End next Year. If the show is as popular as the film then it is set to be an instant hit. It has even attracted big names such as Dave Stewart (formally from the Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (producer of the Jagged Little Pill album by Alanis Morrisette) who will be working together to produce the music for the show. Let’s hope they keep the iconic Unchained Melody in the score!
