Joining the many film adaptations being brought to the stage is Sleepless in Seattle. Work is currently underway on the production which is planned to be opening on Broadway in 2010. I myself am a big fan of Sleepless in Seattle and was one of the first people to turn up when my local cinema put on a one night only showing of the film. Producing shows which already have a big fan base is a sure way to ensure that seats will be filled and if the theatres head in the same direction as they are so far we can expect to see a lot more film adaptations in the future.
