It’s the time of year when most people go to the theatre to see pantomimes, but if you fancy something different, this year the Northern Sinfonia will be playing at The Sage in Gateshead to the animated Christmas film, The Snowman. The performance also includes a solo of ‘We’re Walking in the Air’ by a member St Nicholas’ Cathedral in Newcastle.
Another way in which to enjoy this famous story is see the Snowman Stageshow in London’s West End where both the snowman and James really do fly though the air. The Times state “Sheer theatrical magic. Go see The Snowman and melt.”
