The Udderbelly, which may be familiar to Edinburgh festival goers, is a moveable comedy venue held in a large, purple, upside down cow. This year the unmistakable Udderbelly will be arriving in London and taking temporary residence on the South Bank. During its 8 week stay in London it will be providing the stage for many big names including Joan Rivers, and last years winner of if.comedy David O’Doherty.
Other acts which will be performing over the eight week period are The Terrible Infants with their musical puppetry act, and many Edinburgh Festival favourites such as the OAP Hip Hop star played by Ida Barr and Tina C in “Complete and Utter Country”.
In attempt to get young people interested in the arts the Udderbelly will be playing host to a number of workshops teaching kids from the local area how to drum and beatbox.

The Udderbelly will be setting up residence between the Royal Festival Hall and the London Eye from May 27th to July 19th this year.
